Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir from Sea Smoke opens with a fresh picked strawberry bouquet with hints of black cherry, pomegranate, and raspberry tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and delicate. The flavor profile is a tasty red raspberry and cinnamon blend with notes of dried strawberry. We also detected hints of pomegranate, crushed stone, and dried herbs in the mix. The finish is dry and its mild tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with grilled pork chops with cherry sauce or grilled salmon. Enjoy - KWGTP
