Wine Review: This almost clear colored white wine blend from winemaker Christian Tietje is very good! It opens with a mild peach and musty wood bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, juicy and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild lime and gentle minerality blend with hints of green melon grapefruit towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This fun wine will be a crowd pleaser at your summer parties. I would pair it with grilled fish. Mahi mahi comes to mild first. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: On the Nose: honeysuckle, melon, lemon verbena and mineral with citrus, passion fruit & hints of creamy oak On the Palate: tangerine, honeydew melon and pear laced with hints of river stone and mineral. The long, lush mouth feel turns tropical with star fruit and citrus laced with a subtle influence of creamy vanilla oak. Perfect with oysters, sushi, clams, lobster, and caviar.
