Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sparkling Wine displays lots of streaming beads of lively small and medium bubbles. The bouquet is a mild toasted brioche and white tea with hints of green apple and lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, slightly creamy and easy to drink. The flavor profile is flinty minerality and mild lemon-lime blend with notes of green apple and pie dough. The finish is dry and refreshing. Its acidity and flavors drifted away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this crowd-pleasing Sparkler with baked halibut or with a Vietnamese spring roll.
