Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sparkling Wine features very tiny streaming bubbles. It was well received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a fresh baked bread and light lemon custard bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, delicate and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild chalky mineral infused gentle grapefruit with hints of white pepper and lemon. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this charming and very drinkable sparkler with a tomato and basil bruschetta or ceviche. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2015 Blanc de Blancs has bright aromas of apple, tropical fruit and baked bread, which intermingle with hints of lemon blossom, vanilla wafer and baked pear. Candied citrus, green apple, apricot, and pineapple vibrate on the palate, which ends clean and refreshing with a quenching drive.
