Wine Review: This pink colored Rose sparkler would be a nice option to consider for New Year's Eve. Especially since the panel suggested pairing it with chicken lo-mein, another New Year's Eve favorite. It opens with a mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a nutty mild strawberry with notes of minerality and white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Juicy strawberry jumps out of the glass, followed by raspberry and cherries. The berry bouquet is complimented by mandarin orange and papaya. The palate has exotic flavors of mango and cantaloupe, followed by mouthwatering citrus. A juicy viscosity leads to a long, lingering finish. – Winemakers Keith Hock and Hugh Davies
