Wine Review: This orangish pink colored sparkler was one of my favorites that I covered this fall. It opens with a mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and slightly crispy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild red raspberry with notes of strawberry. The finish is quite dry and refreshing. This wine would be perfect with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Juicy strawberry jumps out of the glass, followed by raspberry and cherries. The berry bouquet is complimented by mandarin orange and papaya. The palate has exotic flavors of mango and cantaloupe, followed by mouthwatering citrus. A juicy viscosity leads to a long, lingering finish. – Winemakers Keith Hock and Hugh Davies
