Wine Review: This Rutherford based Cab is dark ruby colored and pretty opaque. It opens with a light blueberry and mild eucalyptus like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and fruit forward with very juicy cherry and blueberry flavors. The finish is quite dry and its moderate tannins are rather lengthy with noteworthy persistence. The panel felt this Cab was worthy of just drinking on its own or with food it would pair rather well with a NY strip steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
