Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a mild ginger and lime bouquet with hints of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and clean. The flavor profile is very tasty green tea and lime blend with notes of ginger and tangerine with hints of green apple, banana taffy, and saline. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Riesling with fried coconut shrimp or a baked haddock. Enjoy – KWGTP
