Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black raspberry and pencil lead bouquet. On the palate, this wine is just full bodied, balanced, smooth and supple. The flavor profile is a very tasty subtle black currant with notes very refined graphite. I also detected hints of blueberry, oak, green pepper and black cherry towards the end. The finish is dry and its well managed dusty tannins are nicely prolonged. This very nice Cab would pair well with a filet mignon in the near term. Enjoy - Ken
