Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with an inviting stewed plum and red raspberry bouquet with hints of cedar, cinnamon, and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is velvety smooth and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a very tasty strawberry and slightly tart cherry blend with notes of cinnamon, orange zest and vanilla. We also detected hints of cranberry, black plum, loam, and black tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors and spectacularly integrated light tannins are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with Theresa’s cranberry maple chicken, veal Milanese, or coq au vin. Enjoy - KWGTP
