Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored wine opens with a fragrant black cherry bouquet with just a hint of musty oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild black cherry with a hint of menthol and touch of oak. The finish is dry and its building tannins are sticky and quite lengthy. Joe and I thought this wine would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
