Wine Review: The nose is very fragrant, kind of like a strawberry infused mist. There is also a hint of meyer lemon on the nose. Although the color would lead you to believe this wine would be very rich, it is quite the contrary. There are hints of cherry and strawberries, but the main flavor here is cranberry. The flavor and tartness is reminiscent of cranberry juice. The Santa Julia Brut Rose is well made and easy drinking. Meant to be drunk young. - Nicolay
Winemaker Notes: An elegant and delicate pink color with violet hues. Red fruits such as berries and strawberries typical of Pinot Noir, with a complex aroma due to the time in yeast. A kind sweet entry, creamy and fresh, good volume in the mouth. Delicate presence of fresh red fruits. Well balanced and a long finished.
