Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina is a good value wine. It opens with a mild black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, not overly complex, but easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle black cherry with hints of mild oak, black currant and plum. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors are slightly prolonged. This Cabernet is a versatile food wine. I would pair it with a brick oven mushroom, onion and pepperoni pizza. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Ruby color with purple hues of good intensity. Aroma: Complex aromas of ripe fruits as cherries, black cherries and plums. Vanilla, leather, tobacco and spices include black pepper and paprika. Flavour: Full-bodied, sweet tannins, rich red wine with good balance and complexity. Long lingering finish.
