Wine Review: This pale straw colored Chardonnay opens with a mild lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a ripe green apple with hints of lemon- lime and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chardonnay is very food friendly and it would pair well with chicken francaise. Enjoy - Ken
