Wine Review: This ruby colored red blend from Spain opens with a black raspberry and cherry bouquet with a hint of rose petal. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black cherry and pomegranate blend with notes of mild red raspberry and oak. The finish is dry and its tannins are sticky and linger for a quite a while. Also, while this is not an overly complex wine, it is a very good everyday burger wine. Enjoy - Ken
