Wine Review: This is a hurry up and get some soon wine. Why? Because it is delicious and there is not much left. This CDP is slightly opaque and dark purple colored. It opens with a very attractive blueberry and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a delicious cherry with nicely integrated gentle old oak. There was a hint of spice detected as well. The finish is dry and its moderate fine tannins linger nicely. This wine would be absolutely perfect with filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
