Wine Review: This light straw colored Riesling is very very good! It opens with a mild apricot and Anjou pear bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is pleasantly sweet and displays nice balance between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a tasty apricot and ginger blend with notes of red apple. The finish remains sweet and fades away nicely. This Riesling would pair well with quiche Lorraine appetizers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Bright gold Aroma: Fresh and pleasantly fruity Taste: Flavors of lemon and peach against a mineral backdrop Serving Suggestions: Well-matched with salads, seafood and light veal dishes
