Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling from S.A. Prum opens with a wet stone and tangerine like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, rather sweet and lively. The flavor profile is a mineral infused cantaloupe with hints of hazelnut, apricot and clementine. The finish remains pleasantly sweet and fades away nicely. This wine would pair well with Thai stir fry chicken with cashew nuts or mac 'n cheese with ham. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Gold Aroma: Highly aromatic, with scents recalling cantaloupe, sweet apricot and mineral Taste: Medium-bodied, complex and refined, with rich fruit flavors underscored by nuances of mineral and slate. Serving Suggestions: Outstanding as an aperitif or matched with pates, cheeses, roast turkey, duck breast and Asian cuisine
