Wine Review: This pale gold entry level Riesling from S.A. Prum opens with a mild Bartlett pear bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and displays slightly crisp acidity. The flavor profile is a lively Bosc pear with a touch of lime and minerality. The finish is semi-dry and pleasantly refreshing. I would suggest serving this good value Riesling with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale gold. Aromatic, with scents of apricot and peach. Fresh fruit flavors perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and mineral character.
