Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild ginger and pineapple bouquet with hints of lemon, dill and sea breeze. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well-balanced, and elegant. The group fount it to be easy very easy to drink. The flavor profile is gooseberry, lime zest, and grapefruit blend with hints of white tea and green apple. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Panel would pair this very food friendly Sauvignon Blanc with a bay scallop casserole. Enjoy – KWGTP
