Wine Review: This refreshing dry Riesling from the Mosel region of Germany is straw colored, with a delicate nose of wet slate, Galia melon, white peach, and peony floral aromas. Very clean on the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and medium-minus bodied, with high acidity. I found flavors of ripe white peach, starfruit, and wet slate, along with notes of honey and lime. The finish is mineral-driven and long. Serve lightly chilled with oysters on the half shell. - Mark
