Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from S.A. Prum is a good value wine. It opens with a mild lime and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is off-dry and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused lime and green apple blend with hints of white pepper. The finish remains off-dry and refreshing. This Riesling is food friendly and would pair well with broiled scallops. Enjoy – Ken
