Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a quince, grapefruit and ginger ale bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and zesty with elevated acidity. The flavor profile is a chalky minerality and quinine blend with notes of lime, hints of saline and a touch of grapefruit. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this Riesling slightly chilled this summer with oysters on the half shell. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light gold in color. On the nose, exotic, intense fragrance recalling ripe apricot, citrus fruit, and petrol. Elegantly structured on the palate, with pronounced stone fruit and mineral character. A delicious match with chicken, seafood and Asian cuisine.
