Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from S.A. Prum certainly over delivers for the money. It starts out with lots of very tiny bubbles that dissipate quickly. It opens with a faint lychee and apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and slightly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon and light peach blend. I also detected nicely integrated minerality and some lime. A dash of white pepper towards the end. The finish remains semi-dry and fades away nicely. I would pair this tasty Riesling with Ritz encrusted baked scrod. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Pale gold Nose: Aromatic, with scents of apricot and peach Palate: Fresh fruit flavors of pineapple and apricot are perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and mineral character Serving Suggestions: Enjoy on its own or with a range of light appetizers and seafood dishes.
