Wine Review: If you like dry-styled Riesling this one is well made and will appeal to you. It is yellow colored and opens with a fragrant ripe pear bouquet with a hint of apple spice and custard. On the palate, this palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, mouthwatering and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a honeyed green apple with hints of apricot, white pepper, and minerality. The finish remains dry and its ripe fruit flavors last for a while after the wine is gone. This wine would pair well with broiled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Golden color Aroma: Apricot and minerals, clean and good balance with the notes characteristic of a dry Riesling. Taste: A dry, full bodied, and structured wine with depth, concentrated stone fruit and minerality. Serving Suggestions: Perfect to enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled salmon, chicken, scallops in cream sauce, and with oysters. This is a special wine that can be enjoyed with complex, flavorful, and unique dishes.
