Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc has a slight straw tinge to it. It opens with a yellow grapefruit and ginger bouquet with hints of white peach. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, mouthwatering, very bright, and zesty. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and yellow grapefruit blend with notes of lime. I also detected some hints of ginger and stone fruit. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Lifted aromas of Key lime, honeydew melon, and passion fruit all jump out of the glass, supported by hints of freshly cut grass in the background. Those fresh lime and honeydew flavors continue to the palate, joined by kiwi and subtle herbaceous notes, all mingling together in a lively way. The wine is linear and focused, ending with enticing, mouthwatering acidity that will leave you wanting more. Pair with pad Thai or fried fish tacos.
