Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a lemongrass bouquet with hints of bread dough, grapefruit, and lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied, slightly acidic, round and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon-lime blend with notes of gentle yellow grapefruit. We also detected hints of chamomile tea, ginger, and white pepper. The finish is dry, refreshing and lingers for a very long time. The Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with pan seared Chilean sea bass with lemon caper butter or with grilled swordfish Nantucket style. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow with a touch of a green hue. Bursting with lively flavors of pink grapefruit, lime, and honeyed apricot with a warm note of vanilla on the finish. The wine is fresh and lively on the palate, allowing the lime to shine while the bright acidity makes for a mouthwatering finish that keeps you coming back for more. Pair with oysters on the half-shell with mignonette sauce or a niçoise salad.
