Wine Review: Theresa would love this classic California styled Chardonnay from Rombauer. It is terrific! It is straw colored and opens with a baked apple and vanilla oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and creamy. The flavor profile is a very tasty blend of butterscotch and apple with notes of nicely integrated oak. The finish is dry and its flavors last for a very long time. I would pair this very nice Chard with lobster macaroni and cheese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Juicy peaches, pineapple and lime greet the nose, followed by vanilla and cedar. Ripe tropical fruit and fig jam flood the lush, silky palate. Soft spice, vanilla and nectarines mark the lengthy finish, while fresh, mouthwatering acidity leaves you longing for another glass.
