Wine Review: This pale peach colored Sparkling Wine has a limited number of bubbles. It opens with a strawberry and wet stone bouquet with a hint of fresh baked biscuit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, frothy and balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced red cherry with notes of bread dough. We also detected a hint of caramel and white pepper towards the end. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors drift away nicely. The Panel suggest pairing this sparkler with shrimp cocktail or mushroom risotto. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The Roederer Estate Brut Rose is full and round with smooth flavors and fine persistent bubbles. The extra measure of Chardonnay contributes elegance and austerity, which balance nicely with the delicate fruitiness of the Pinot Noir.
