Wine Review: This white gold colored Sparkling Wine from Roederer Estate displays lots of random streaming tiny bubbles. It opens with a moist bread dough and lemon zest bouquet with hints of Sprite and green apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh, and a little frothy. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and lemon tea blend with notes of ginger and pear. We also detected hints of yellow grapefruit pith and sour dough bread. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are quite refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair Brut Sparkling Wine with Coquilles Saint-Jacques. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Roederer Estate Brut is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice, and hazelnut flavors. It is fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth of flavor.
