Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from Rodney Strong opens with a fragrant watermelon and rose petal bouquet with hints of lemon-lime. On the palate this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, and pleasantly fresh. The flavor profile is a very tasty stone dust and wild strawberry blend with notes of watermelon and lime. I also detected some hints of red cherry. The finish is pleasant, refreshing, and nicely extended. This wine is a quaffer and will not last very long. I would pair this Rose with chilled shrimp cocktail and the beach. Enjoy - Ken
