Wine Review: This coral-colored Rose made from Pinot Noir opens with a mild watermelon bouquet with hints of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and very dry. The flavor profile is a crushed limestone, watermelon, and white pepper blend with hints of maraschino cherry and a touch of lime. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger. I would serve this Rose chilled at the beach on a hot day. Enjoy - Ken
