Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from Rodney Strong opens with a rose pedal and faint strawberry bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is lively and bright. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and red cherry blend with notes of lime and saline. I also detected some hints of Squirt soda. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this tasty Rose with steamed mussels on a warm summer night. It didn’t last long. Enjoy – Ken
