Wine Review: This nice yellow colored Chardonnay from Rocca really impressed the Tasting Panel. It opens with a fragrant and appealing pear, pineapple, vanilla and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, velvety and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty Anjou pear and oak blend with notes of green apple. We also detected hints of citrus, fine minerality and a little butter. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this wine is chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This cool-climate Chardonnay is a refined wine. It is bright, with vibrant aromas and flavors of pineapple, lemon zest. orange blossoms and honeysuckle flowers. It has an utterly delicious, mouth-watering finish.
