Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Rocca opens with a black currant and black tea bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black currant with notes of black pepper and oak. I also detected hints of plum and black tea. The finish is dry and its dusty mild tannins fade away nicely. This Cab would pair well with a New York strip steak. Enjoy – Ken
