Wine Review: This pitch black colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Rocca was very popular with our tasters. It opens with a blackberry bouquet with hints of flowers. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rich, lush and concentrated. The flavor profile is a black currant and mineral blend with notes of oak and black pepper. We also detected hints of blackberry. The finish is dry and its moderate well-managed tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this with beef Wellington. Enjoy - KWGTP (Available directly from the winery)

The Grigsby Vineyard's classic, sophisticated rock dust component is on full display here, intertwined with the site's rich red and black fruit, a prominent milk chocolate note, and elegant high tones of spring flowers.
