Wine Review: This opaque and very dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Rocca opens with faint cherry-cola and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, refined and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused cassis with hints of very faint blackberry, oak and black licorice in the background. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins build up and linger for a while. This wine would pair well with a New York strip steak. Enjoy - Ken (Available directly from the winery)
