Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild lemon custard bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and creamy. The flavor profile is a coconut custard pie with notes of oak. I also detected a touch of butter and Anjou pear. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This was well received by all that tried it. I would pair this elegant style Chard with a Ritz crusted baked haddock. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromatics: Aromas of white peach, honeysuckle and honeydew melon, with a hint of minerality. Body/Texture: Beautifully balanced, a light to medium body, with a crisp elegant finish. Flavor Profile: Rich complexity of an Asian pear, peaches and honeydew melon with hints of lemon meringue.
