Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a Vaseline and mild lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty stony minerality and lemongrass blend with notes of orange zest and ginger. I also detected hints of grapefruit. The finish is refreshing and lingers for quite a while. I would pair this Risling with grilled swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A sleek, satisfying and food-friendly Riesling made in the traditional off-dry style of Germany's famed Rheingau region. The estate-grown Riesling Tradition is a classic rendition of the traditional off-dry style that made the Rheingau famous. A versatile partner at the dinner table, it has an alluring and delicate touch of sweetness paired with tantalizing fruit aromas. It dances on your palate in a perfect pirouette of charm and elegance.
