Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Rhiengau opens with a floral and light apple bouquet with hints of honey and clover. On the palate, it is light bodied and shows pretty elevated acidity right out of the gate. The flavor profile is a crisp green apple and soft grapefruit blend with notes of minerality and hints of lemon-lime. The finish is smooth and brief. The Panel suggested pairing this Riesling with Del Frisco’s calamari or Stu’s scallops with Brussel sprouts. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The Estate Riesling Tradition is a classic rendition of the traditional off-dry style that made the Rheingau famous. The 2015 Riesling Tradition is bursting with full, fresh fruit aromas, and has an elegantly subtle juiciness on the palate.
