Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Rheingau opens with a faint pineapple bouquet with hints of rose and cantaloupe. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and delicate touch of sweetness. The flavor profile is a gentle pineapple with hints of minerality, faint peach and a touch of honey. The finish is off-dry and fades away nicely. The panel suggested pairing this wine with crab rangoons or with brie and a French baguette. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The Estate Riesling Tradition is a classic rendition of the traditional off-dry style that made the Rheingau famous.
