Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a mild black raspberry and cherry bouquet with hints of truffle, earth and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a cranberry and plum blend with hints of cinnamon and oak. The finish is dry and its ripe fruit flavors linger for quite a while. The panel suggested pairing this Pinot with fruit stuffed pork tenderloin. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The 2011 Pinot Noir is drinking insanely well with ample natural acidity to lie down and continue to develop for years to come.
