Wine Review: This almost clear colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant clementine and mild lemon bouquet with a hint of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is a quaffer. It is light bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild pear with a hint of apple and a touch of peach with the background. The finish is dry and it is slightly prolonged. This wine is not your typical Chardonnay. What it is, is a very nice white wine to enjoy with chicken dishes. For me I envisioned chicken satay on a stick. Enjoy - Ken
