Wine Review: This ruby colored Cabernet Franc opens with an inviting mild black raspberry and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle plum with hints of blueberry and faint oak. The finish is a dry and a little heat shows up towards the end. This wine would pair well with Stuart’s steak tips. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Cabernet Franc has a clean ruby red color. There are aromas of sweet bell peppers and violets. A lovely taste of chocolate, hints of tobacco, and a little chalky green apple is present on the palate. We enjoy this wine with dijon mustard glazed ham, BBQ'd pork tenderloin, or a thin crust marinara pizza.
