Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored sparkler is foamy and comes under a real cork that is removed by a corkscrew. It opens with a fragrant ripe strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and approachable. The flavor profile is an appealing strawberry with a touch of apple and mineraly stone on the back palate. The finish is dry and crisp. I would pair this wine with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken
