Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Riley's Rows opens with a very fragrant gooseberry and pineapple bouquet with hints of tangerine, red bell pepper, and lime zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, crisp, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is tart yellow grapefruit and lime blend with notes of stony minerality and passionfruit. We also detected hints of saline, white pepper, and bell pepper. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors are very refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with oysters or with a grilled Mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: My 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is Dad's favorite vintage so far! A cool spring produced a wine with great acidity and structure. The nose opens up with white peach and citrus blossom. On the palate the wine exhibits classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of Meyer lemon and ruby red grapefruit. Light and refreshing my Savvy B is the perfect wine to start the night!
