Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Semillon opens with a Honeycrisp apple cider and poached Bartlett pear bouquet with a hint of lime and celery. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and slightly viscous, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gentle lemon, stony minerality and Anjou pear blend. We also detected hints of saline, white peach, and green apple. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this easy to quaff Semillon with baked Dover sole or sushi. Enjoy – KWGTP
