Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from California's North Coast opens with a gentle kiwi and mild grapefruit bouquet with hints of flinty minerality and mango. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a blend of mild flinty minerality and gentle white grapefruit with notes white tea and lemongrass. There are also hints of nectarine pit in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and it drifts away nicely. We would pair this crowd-pleasing Sauvignon Blanc with Woodman's fried clam and scallop boats. Enjoy – KWGTP
