Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine opens with a shy wet river rock and nectarine bouquet with hints of white peach and rose petal. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus zesty acidity. Round and a bit juicy. The flavor profile is mild mineral infused tart plum and clementine blend with notes of ripe grapefruit and touch of green melon and green apple. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this Rose with the beach. With food we would pair it with rick’s shrimp cocktail or fettuccine ai frutti di mare. Enjoy – KWGTP
