Wine Review: This medium yellow colored Semillon from Riley’s Rows opens with a mild lemon, green apple and ginger bouquet with hints of bee’s wax, sea breeze and honeysuckle. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. We found it to also be balanced, crisp and fresh. The flavor profile is a mild crushed stone mineral and light Meyer lemon blend with notes of green apple. We also detected hints of almond, saline and a touch of ginger mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing with moderate length. We would pair this Semillon with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich or broiled sea bass. Enjoy – Ken and Mark

Winemaker Notes: This is my "winter white." It has great minerality, notes of Charentais melon and salinity that is indicative of the varietal. My Semillon is a fun and unique white!
